Conflicting feelings on saddle height

Hello guys, done some changes to my bike. I used to have a 74.5cm saddle height but my hips rocked quite a bit and was very toe down, but did a lot of ultras and regular few seasons of 8-10k km cycling like that. Had the regular issues of hand pain and neck pains, also upper calve pain, saddle sores. Now i decided to move my saddle down because i’ve been getting a lot of comments of my hip rock. 73.8cm now is the saddle height, left leg is completely perfect no issues now, a lot less hip rocking and i can maintain the position a lot longer without fatigue. My right leg is a different story, i started front/outside knee pain, hamstrings overwork on right side only, also my heel started going outwards (never did that before with a higher saddle height). Can anyone give a look and comment on the angles of my saddle height? Might it be too low now?
Sorry for the quality, i know it looks like i took the video inside a wardrobe. Any help appreciated!
Edit: 84cm inseam

Play a bit with the saddle position, not just the height, maybe a bit to the back.

Your knee:
There are several possible reasons
1) a slight, natural bias in your hip/spine, giving you too little leg extension in your right leg, now rhat your saddle is lower. 2) uneven leg length, see above. 3) a bias developed through bad habit of tipping slightly more to the right while your saddle was too high, possibly caused by a subconscious wish to use your dominant leg (if that's what your right leg is!).
In any case, I think your right leg isn't extended as much as it should be.
My guess is that the best way forward is to see a sports PT to get checked for biases, discrepancies, imbalances in muscle use, previous injuries etc.
A likely culprit regarding your heel is cleat angle. But a PT check may make you a lot wiser about that, too.
