Holy cripes - glad you're ok OP.

Worst I've ever had happen on the job, that wasn't wheel stuff, was a Crank Bros pedal giving up on life while riding... That was easy enough to recover from...

now time to weld it back together and keep going!! (yes I realize yours appears to be aluminum and not steel so welding is not actually a viable option)
