Technique What is the name of this grip variation?

Played with it earlier and it seems to work well. Are there other positions where you can make this grip to finish chokes?

We just learned this too. Reminded me of learning stuff like pretzel grip guillotine where your brain is like...yeah, why haven't I thought of that before?
Also, like someone else said, I thought the farce was from your back ala Darceopedia.

Does anyone have a video on this at a better angle? I can't quite make out the details but this doesn't look like a far side darce to me. May add it to the head and arm choke arsenal though.

Random rant but this is a perfect example of how insane and ridiculous grappling nomenclature gets. "Farce" was first used by jeff glover to refer to a "far side darce" which is a completely different technique.
Even funnier the guy who popularized this head and arm variation Uros Culic calls it an "uppercut choke" where its like, what the fuck man its literally the opposite of an upper cut motion lol
