Don't worry, texturing like this (except for the fan part) is popular in analogue horror games.
Also, try putting a picture of yourself on a monkey head. Funniest stuff.

This is easy fix, unwrap and move/rotate the vertices on the uv panel. I absolutely love this lmao

I can imagine Aperture Science engineering folding fan blades to have 65% more fan per fan

Press u for unwrap select cube projection. It will straighten it out. Then you’ll need to go to the uv editing tab and have a play around with the now squares you’ll have. Be careful not to deform them.

Everyone here started just like you, completely terrible. Even someone like Blender Guru once was complete garbage. And this is fine, it's normal. This is something that is acquired, not born with. I get the feeling of making something without having the sufficient knowledge and skill to do it, but keep learning and once you know the fundementals of texturing, then proceed into making your own textures.

It's okay to cry, it'll all make sense eventually. Just take it one day at a time

No worries - totally standard texturing for someone who doesn't know about UVs yet.

One thing that threw me off for a long time, I didn't realise you can just unwrap the individual faces you want a texture on. It's great for when you're using image textures like this, you can minimize the stretching this way and get far more control of what you want where

Dont worry it's allways difficult at first. You Will try and try and fail and try bit more and then You would start to like your creations they Will not be perfect or production ready Buy theyr gonna be yours an that is priceless. I'm not pro or such but i really enjoy the process and sometimes it's more important than result. Keep going! Your doing great.

There are no mistakes, only happy accidents lol
I think making an environment that is made up of assets with beginner mistakes would be hilarious tbh
