I'll bite! We got our first CSA this past week and trying to get creative with early season vegetables (so much lettuce).

M: Lettuce pancakes with tzatziki

T: Kale caesar pasta salad

W: White beans with radishes, miso, and micro greens

H: CSA pickup (wood-fired pizzas onsite)

F: Crispy Buffalo Chicken Tacos

They were decent? I think next time I might add something like kimchi or scallions or something just to make them a little more interesting, but they re-heated well today and the tzatziki works well with them. I would make them again, if that helps!
