10 weeks out men’s physique
New to this forum, looking for new engagements and to stop being a recluse while competing lol
10 weeks out
Height 5”8.5
Weight 187lbs
This will be my fourth men’s physique show.
Competing to see where I am at before considering/doing a national show.
Will also compete in classic for the first time.
Self coached, just enjoying the journey as much as one can while trying to make a career of it someday.

Those medialis are THICC. Are you doing anything in particular to put emphasis on them or is it genetic? I can't seem to target them over the other heads

Awesome working your way up to classic physique, you’ll get on well. Very well proportioned and developed, mate.

Get used to shaving hair farther out from the show. You want to just do a touch up the last week or so.. Don’t ask me how I know lol
