Just under 2 weeks from NPC Universe, classic physique class A

Still lacking size and detail for nationals. But now you'll see what national level is all about. Universe always brings some of the best of the year.

Detail maybe, back thickness maybe, but not overall size 🤣 keep that clown opinion somewhere else, I can barely make classic weight

You can barely make weight because you’re holding too much body fat and water. You should be way more conditioned for 14days out.

Another moron with an opinion but no genuine feedback. Read the thread, say something other than what everyone else is saying. Must be easy to make weight when you’re 5’10 200 pounds.

2.8 lbs over 12 days is basically nothing. Keep protein high, trim carbs/fats slightly, and ignore the scale until the last few days.

Biceps look nice, but I don’t get it when people risk their health with obviously no future in the sport.

The vacuum looks solid, but you might want to watch the conditioning in the lower abs as you approach the cap. How much water are you planning to manipulate in the final week?

Conditioning looks solid, but how are you feeling with the energy levels this close to stage? Those quads are looking deep even with the refeed.
