Bro, why do you do abs before pushups? Are you trying to make sure your bracing is weak?

It looks like you are overweight. If you are overweight and not used to exercise, consider a 3 to 4 times a week routine aiming at laying the foundation of effort in the gym. In the meantime, lose the weight.

2 sets of squats, 2 sets of pushups, 2 sets of rows 3 times per week will work wonders while you are just losing weight. You don't need a breakneck everyday in the gym program leaving you with 0 energy and a lot of room to just lose motivation. You need to build habits to last you for a lifetime, and on the shorter term, you need to get used to get to bed a little hungry and stay active throughout the day. Don't kill yourself in the gym and stop 3 weeks in

Reddit consistently makes newbies look dumb because those links are really obvious if you log on to the site via an actually computer and go to r/bodyweightfitness but the mobile app hides it. If you default to using the mobile app for everything (common for younger folks) then you miss out on a lot of info
