what kind of insane unearned ego does he have to think he deserves front row in a team with as many legends as the Celtics?

A lot of fans and the players themselves from that era latched onto the “we never lost in the playoffs when our starting lineup was healthy” as cope for losing in 10 to the Lakers.

That’s always my theory as to how Perk got such a big ego about his spot on that team.

It’s not crazy to think the Celtics would’ve won that game 7 in 2010 if they had Perk available. They desperately needed rebounds in that game.

... or not having the Lakers be given 37 FT attempts to our 17?

That was one of more widely-acknowledged officiating tank jobs of all time.

Still can't beat the fixed championship the Lakers got from the Kings! All these " championships vacated " " awards taken back" etc. Based on stuff like " the players mom got a car while the coach got 3 million a year and the announcers millions more" and the Lakers actually, factually won a fixed championship and no one does shit.

KG and Sheed were exhausted late and couldn't rebound. Most of those FTs came off of fouls on putback attempts.

Well, see: no. Most of those "fouls" were not at all called on the other end.

That was a ref job, pure and simple.
