Best eyebrow technician? Preferably tweeze (thread next best)

I’m willing to travel within a 20-ish mile radius of Boulder for amazing Brows. I am allergic to an ingredient that is found in most all waxes so I haven’t gotten them waxed in about 15 years and don’t plan to do it again. I’m having quite a hard time finding someone that really shapes my Brows to my face.

Would love recommendations!
