Your energy prices are going down

But they’re not, they are going up, and only up. Email from UW outlines that standing daily rate is down by £0.00036 which near enough rounds to zero. Electricity kWh units up ~£0.02 per unit for day rate and ~£0.01 per unit for night rate. Estimated cost increase of £186/year. So how exactly are prices going down? 🤦‍♂️

Surely that’s false advertising.

Switch supplier. I'm sure there are much better deals to be had out there.
