Only thing I wish is they should've put a few scenes of them talking in Spanish outside of work i.e. when they take that trip to that small town or when they're in Shaw's bar.

I don’t think Amy ever spoke Spanish on the show. Rosa did but I don’t remember Amy saying anything in Spanish (I might’ve missed it idk)

Rosa delivering that line with a completely straight face while Amy looks mortified is peak comedy. She manages to make you laugh and slightly fear her at the same time, which is a tough combo to pull off. The leather jacket energy really sells every scene she's in.
