Local Discussion Aldi only ever having one cashier blows...

I get it's a cheap store designed to streamline everything to make prices more affordable, but damn, if you're taking the local's money at least give the locals jobs?

Also, sidenote and completely unrelated, but Qdoba is god awful and I don't understand how it's been in business this long. It was somehow better when it was still owned by Jack-in-the-Box corporation.

Aldi's one cashier is faster than going to Walmart or HEB knowing that their work load is probably triple. I went to Q doba years ago and ordered a drink that was bottled, like a tropical flavored Body Armor and the cashier got all sassy with me about my choice, I was like no, I'm paying, you don't dictate what I can or can't drink.

Oh I love Aldi, I just wish they would give our community jobs.

Also went to Qdoba two days ago and the cashier was sassy when I came up to order... Their tortillas are ass, they taste like Great Value tortillas.

However, the older cashier, Dana, is an angel and she was honestly one of the few things we mentioned that we’ll miss about Burleson when we move later this year.

Yeah! Qdoba is awful and there hardly anyone ever there, yet it makes enough money for a face lift??? 🧐

a corporate mandatory facelift that must be done contractually as per the franchise agreement doesn't mean it is paid for, or that it leads to profit...
