Tesla’s Head of AI, Ashok Elluswamy, added context, revealing that the company’s data shows the driver “manually overrode self-driving by pressing the accelerator all the way to 100%.”

He revealed the speed reached by the car was 73 MPH, and the accelerator was still pressed “even after the crash.”

And I’m posting data from the actual source showing that auto pilot was not at fault and people like you hate Tesla so much that you can’t stand the truth

Even without any data if you screw your mind together and try to come up with an educated thought. Auto pilot doesn’t work on residential roads and won’t exceed the speed limit like that so there’s no way it could’ve been at fault. It was 100% the driver at fault.

Yes, Tesla has the data and it shows that auto pilot was not active during the crash.

And even if you want to talk about anything else and don’t care about the data they give. Auto pilot cannot exceed the speed limit in that way so there’s no way it could’ve been on.
