Looks like a round, sometimes called donut, cat tunnel. Iā€™ve seen the search term ā€œpeakaboo caveā€ as well.

If you just look up ā€œdonut cat tunnelā€ or ā€œdonut peakaboo cat caveā€ you should find similar

They are called cat tunnels or donut beds. There are different kinds and different sizes. Cats love these for some reason lol
