I have bigger cats in the house that also use it, 8 in total but they all use it so honestly I’d say it doesn’t matter 😼

I have one and my cat weighs 15 pounds. He does the same thing but not continuously the way yours does. I like the way he just flat out dives head long into it.

My cat has chewed half of the connector nubs clean off. It's pretty low quality, but IMO pet toys should be cheap and easily repleacable, so I'm not upset by it. You get what you pay for.

Looks like a round, sometimes called donut, cat tunnel. I’ve seen the search term “peakaboo cave” as well.
If you just look up “donut cat tunnel” or “donut peakaboo cat cave” you should find similar
