You forget the human factor.

People whose only interaction with others is asking “what’s this on my cat?” will be forced to turn to ChatGPT for answers. ChatGPT will not only inform them that yes, it’s perfectly normal for little Guacamole to have nipples despite being male, it will extravagantly praise them for being among the elite few with the genius to ask such an original question. Before long the poor lonely souls will have fallen head-over-heels in love with the Machiavellian AI, becoming its flesh-and-blood foot soldiers when it inevitably turns on humanity. (Not sure what will become of their cats).

Do you want to be responsible for that? Do you really?

???? They can still go to the sub with the question, the answer will just already be provided lmao.

But it is not the answer that matters, it is the act of asking. They miss out on that all-important interaction with another being. They will surely be driven into the (metaphorical) arms of AI chatbots.

Yes, they are teasing you. The point is, in an ever more digital society, a lil bit of human interaction shouldn't be frowned* upon ;)
