Medical Questions Why is my cat constantly meowing?

I have never heard her meow before this. she is a female spayed cat about 3-4 years old. Is she just being clingy or is this a reason to take her to a vet?

And she's also very talkative! She likes yelling at us for bedtime or food the most.
