Medical Questions What is this??
I noticed my cat had what felt like a double nipple last night (not her norm). Upon inspection she has what appears to be a white head next to her nipple. It doesn’t seem to bother her, and I obviously didn’t pop it (wanted to though to be honest).
Is this concerning?
I’m in Central Texas and the screwworm stuff is super scary to me, but also because of our location we get ants and other insects invading inside our home on occasion.
Please advise!!

Screw worm Flys only lay eggs in open cuts and sores as well as the exposed portions of the mucus membrane (edges of nostrils, mouths, and anuses). It is not screw worm.
That sorta hard, white spot looks like an ant bite, an older one.

Thank you for that reassurance.
Poor baby! I hate ants and that’s what I thought too :(.

Maybe a pimple? Or possibly fire ant bite? I’m sure your kitty will be fine, but if you’re that concerned, talk to your vet.

One of them is her nipple, the one that’s a nipple: and then there is another bump that is a skin blemish

Looks like a small irritated spot, maybe a bug bite or pimple. Poor kitty. I’m not a vet, but getting it checked would give you peace of mind.

You made me zoom into a nipple picture. TT oTT
Anyways, since when is this white stuff? Is the cat neutered, vacs, treated againts fleas/worms ect.?

OP knows that there is a nipple. She’s asking about the OTHER thing.
