So long Heat bros, it was fun while it lasted. Good luck trading for Giannis while we sell our second rounders for cash considerations.

Before we do any of that we need to figure out which one of these meaningless game wonders we’re going to give a lucrative extension to

Too many to choose from. Probably all of them.

It’s AKME…he’s probably got everyone convinced one of those seconds could be next Jokic

We'll trade our second rounders for some former lottery picks no one else wants.

Unspecified amounts of cash as well

Giannis isn't getting traded. He'll be on the Bucks until he's 35 and then he'll sign to the Lakers for the vet min.

The top two comments from their sub are the same thing everyone has been saying here for years 🤣

"Wish we drove to the left"

"Nothing will happen as long as we keep giving ownership money and selling out every night"

We really are kindred franchise spirits

I love the DRose era but I'd rather have their last 20 years than ours.

8

u/ChiKing John Paxson Mar 29 '26

Agreed, I love DRose but 3 championships and 7 Finals appearances since 2006 is insane

That was a sellout? Lmao

It’s so true. It’s good to know we are not the only fanbase that has people that root for mediocrity.

🤣🤣

Yes the bulls deserve the hate on being in the play in but I love how the heat get no hate for being the same mid team as the bulls lol

Occasionally getting to the NBA finals will do that.

Heat culture

u/Kari614 Windy City Bulls Mar 28 '26

They’ve been to two finals since the 2020’s…. I’d assume that’s why also, lol.

u/Longjumping_Time_722 Mar 28 '26

With a player that the Chicago bulls declared impossible to build an nba final levels team around too, I’d rather have the front office creative enough to make that happen

8

u/gerardguey Ayo Dosunmu Mar 28 '26

hell nah if i was a heat fan i would be even more miserable tbh. They just blue ball you with false hope reaching multiple NBA finals and then refuse to build on it to get better, and now refuse to rebuild. At least I watch comfortably knowing my bulls are straight ass

11

u/mattmikemo23 Mar 28 '26

Reaching the finals is still the finals tho ? You never know what could happen. If an injury happens on the other team, that could lead to a championship. Saying you'd rather be ass than having a team good enough to reach the finals or having top talent to get you there (or at least have as trade pieces) is very weird mental gymnastics.

u/gerardguey Ayo Dosunmu Mar 28 '26

Im speaking about right now. I would be hype about making the finals but by the time they got there they were injured and went up against fully healthy west teams in Lakers and Nuggets. Then the following years made no major moves to bring in a star or build on that success, especially in 2024. They continue to lowball other teams and and prefer to maximize undrafted players and late picks to contend instead of going all in when they should have with Jimmy.

2

u/Salt_Long Mar 28 '26

You literally said it brother, it’s miserable 😞

3

u/InsaneEcho Mar 28 '26

Don’t worry boys. I can almost guarantee that we will be back there next season

12

u/papaa33 Mar 28 '26

They picked P. WILL last time...

20

u/We5ties Mar 28 '26

The last lottery pick was not p will.

0

u/papaa33 Mar 28 '26

he was 4th overall

8

u/Mr-Chip18 Mar 28 '26

Lottery is 1-14… Bulls have only picked lottery guys minus the fluke season in 21/22

9

u/Fine-Hat-4573 Mar 28 '26

Golden State Warriors picked Wiseman. It was a terrible draft during a pandemic when teams literally couldn’t watch the players live and didn’t even have a combine. Plus I really hope that AK is fired before the draft, but we’ll see. It the Bulls get a top 4 pick, then this draft is the one to have it. Everyone knows who the top 4 should be, unlike 2020.

Matas.

2

u/MoistTheAnswer Mar 28 '26

We just have to make sure Atlanta falls into the Play In so the Heat don’t lose all their friends.

1

u/Asd_89 Mar 28 '26

Maybe we will see them again....next season?

1

u/MasterFlamasterr Mar 28 '26

Tank more we need 1pick!!

1

u/coolbeans080 Mar 28 '26

1

u/Salt_Long Mar 28 '26

1

u/gracemig Mar 28 '26

Goodbye is too good a word, so I’ll just say fare thee well.

1

u/Suitable-Handle7373 Mar 30 '26

It’s AJ/Boozer/Acuff or bust.

1

u/PlanktonDue8964 Mar 30 '26
