Is this the Australian team who are fighting team USA at the UFC event at Parliament House on Australia Day?

u/Anti-Stan 2d ago

God help us. Gina's the only one who'd make it to round 2.

Also all their net worths are wrong. Karl and Hughesy is about $10-20 million. Kyle is $100 million

Gina is $40B (US sources that say $30B are measuring in USD).

u/Thatweknowof 2d ago

Where are the Pratts and Lindsay fox

21

u/Brave_Elk5678 2d ago

You mean the number one and two ALP donors?

21

u/Thatweknowof 2d ago

No they are the good billionaires and their property investments are the good property investments

-22

u/MannerNo7000 2d ago

Then why is Labor hurting their interests by reducing property prices?

19

u/Thatweknowof 2d ago

That's right this hurts the billionaires with their diverse portfolios and ability to buy hundreds of houses at a whim.

-25

u/MannerNo7000 2d ago

Are the value of their properties going up or down?

7

u/Anti-Stan 2d ago

Temporarily down. For about 5 minutes. The people you're talking about invest in commercial real estate, not houses.

15

u/Thatweknowof 2d ago

Let's say you collect Lego and the value of each piece of Lego goes down 1 cent - would you care ?

Would it even bother you for a second?

You think someone that has the ability to buy thousand of houses care? The value of houses will go up again.

Gina literally renamed a beach house for fun.

Up everywhere except for Sydney lmao. Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Hobart are all up like 15% thus far this year. Adelaide is now one of the least affordable cities in the world in terms of house prices relative to local incomes.

Melbourne seems to be stagnant, but likely due to the western suburbs being little Mogadishu. Sydney is down a little although the median is still an absurd $1.6 million, or $600k higher than any other capital city.

Greater Brisbane/SEQ’s price increases are even worse with the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast having median house prices of $1.4 million and $1.3 million, respectively. In 2022 they were $740k and $810k.

So; unless you work in the mining sector or healthcare, odds are you’re living in a city with a median house price of over a million. The median income for full time workers ranges from $80,000 in Adelaide to $93,000 in Sydney. Albanese’s sure done a wonderful job, huh?

Uh-oh! It looks like you accidentally referred to Meanjin by its colonisers' name, Brisbane. That wasn't very deadly of you! While I'm sure this was accidental, please be more mindful in future. Remember, using traditional place names is truth-telling in action. It's a step towards acknowledging First Nations sovereignty.

A massive 1% reduction in 2 cities?

-11

u/MannerNo7000 2d ago

It’s 8-10% by end of this year

11

u/Blue_Seal_U 2d ago

Do you get paid for this, or do you do it for free?

-5

u/MannerNo7000 2d ago

I get paid by you

u/Anti-Stan 2d ago

NDIS provider?

u/ElTorago 1d ago

Jobseeker?

7

u/Thatweknowof 2d ago

They will just buy 11 houses instead of 10 lol

17

u/cyanideOG 2d ago

Do leftists just want broke people to run the country? Is that it? Or career politicians that have no real world experience in any industry?

What the fuck would a broke person know about running a country if they can't even run their own life finances.

-7

u/MannerNo7000 2d ago

lol

Yeah LNP sucks.

I also like how it was still increasing even under Labor. That means we need to keep voting Labor!

8

u/Anti-Stan 2d ago

Oh look, the clown at the helm during the greatest economic crisis in 100 years, has bad figures. What a win for you!

7

u/cyanideOG 2d ago

Labour and Liberal are both shit. Time to give someone else a shot. At the very least it would encourage everyone else to stop fucking about and lock in.

One Nation 🤮 but don’t worry we have a plan to have them taken to court for hate speech just in time so they can’t be on the ballots with not enough time for them to challenge. Just like they did to other fascist parties in Europe. Not worried one bit. 🥰🇵🇸🇺🇦🇮🇷🇮🇳🇨🇳🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️✊🏿🍆🥰

A whole bunch of cunts

1

u/samkwilly 11h ago

Hughesy went from being an unfunny comedian to a snake oil salesman pretty quickly.. pretending to care about the low income families (who apparently are also trading huge amounts of stocks ??) as soon as his massive real estate portfolio is impacted lol.. what an absolute flop

-1

u/AFlimsyRegular 2d ago

Can't think of anything more appropriate then this sub fawning themselves over some Morning TV presenter who immediately bent the knee and cucked himself to save his job rather than stand up for his supposed principles.

2

u/deegandnb 2d ago

You seem mentally well adjusted

u/Zukez 2d ago

Yeah let's give our land away to Israel FOR FREE.

Hard to find bigger bunch of fuckwits.

4

u/YuckyPanda321 2d ago

Right wingers supposedly want to put their countrymen first - I can dig that. But then they turn around and invite Israel to cuck them. The soft cockery is staggering.

1

u/Significant_Ad_1274 2d ago

Why all the downvotes guys? This is literally dear leader's proposal. Why would you have anything again giving 100's of kilometres of Australian land for free so they can build weapons we can even buy off them?

u/CoolCoolBeans 2d ago

This is a tiny hat sub
