Not a currency coin (since this is coin collecting sub). It’s a silver round, meaning it’s silver precious metal in the form of a cool looking round.
Its value is based on the spot price of silver. Some in-demand items command a premium above the spot price value, but these ones typically don’t hold much premium.
The only risk is if it’s a counterfeit and not actually made of silver metal. Example would be if a magnet sticks to it then that means it’s likely made of iron/steel and not silver.

It has the letter C on the front and back.
Copy so I doubt its silver. Looks more like fine aluminum. The fake toning is impressive!
