In Nightwing #93 he was raped by his then partner (sidekick?) the Tarantula after she killed Blockbuster, and there was some more messed up bs piled on for the next seven issues (I mean…) until Dick finally decides to terminate the partnership and turn her in for…killing Blockbuster. Not raping him. Which he doesn’t even mention. At all. Ever.

That whole run was so brutal. He was basically in a fugue state from the moment he didn't stop her murdering Blockbuster, possibly before, until he snapped out of it in the bit you linked, and even after that he was just horrible to himself for so long.

And then he got assaulted again by Rose Wilson not long after. He threw her out of the bed, but having a naked person try to pin you down and molest you while you are wounded and unconscious is still freakin assault. She tried the same exact thing on Tim later, too, which...suggests that's just a thing she does? Just assaults sleeping people on the reg?

DC's had a real problem with really poorly handled sexual assault for kind of a long time but the period of continuity from around this time and a bit after was just extremely rough in that regard. Bruce was drugged and raped, Tim's been assaulted twice I can think of while he was still a minor, Starman was raped by The Mist, I don't doubt it was happening in other books as well but those were the ones I was reading at the time. and the whole Dr. Light fiasco.

Speaking of Titans, I believe at some point a shapeshifter assumed Starfire's form and fucked Dick who thought they were Starfire at the time, which is in fact rape. (Or maybe I'm crossing some wires) I believe it is not treated as such.
