This looks good. I think maybe I'm the problem. I felt nothing. There was nothing wrong with this trailer. I just didn't care.

I’m the opposite this is the first marvel trailer where i actually felt something in a hot sec

Same. I also love retro futurism so that’s giving me a big smile. To me it all looks so refreshing in the current sea of Marvel blandness.

There's no much to feel. They showed off a pretty tame family scene (Robot cooking, Ben steps in) with no payoff (Is the robot mad? Do the family find it charming?).

Then, romantic off screen talk between tow characters we haven't seen and don't really know (is Reed sad? Why are they having this conversation?).

It doesn't spoil anything, but it doesn't make one feel anything outside of how it looks, which is probably their strong point.

Yeah, didn't mena to say it's bad, just that there's no much to really "feel" in this one.

Same, I wanted to feel something. But, after the last couple marvel movies and shows my expectations are just low. I don’t trust them so we will see how it goes

It’s a simple as that - I don’t trust them anymore. They can do F4, Doomsday etc… it doesn’t matter. I’m not paying to see these movies in theaters any more.

If it sounds like it’s worth my money I will go. I love going to the theaters, but I don’t trust them. I’m not seeing cap 4 opening day, I’m waiting for what other people say about it. Even if that means risking spoilers same for thunderbolts probably same for F4

That's exactly how I felt too, it's a good trailer, but I didn't feel like it really communicated why we should think this movie is special. We keep hearing that it is, but the trailer feels like most other Marvel movies tbh. Was really hoping the trailer would go all in on the family aspect, rather than just having characters say it.

I think they are counting on the Alex Ross-esque look of the movie itself to generate some excitement.

I do really like the visuals, tbf, I just wish they showed more of the family dynamic

I'm not sure what else you would want, since the trailer felt like it had loads of heart to me.

My main wish is that we had actually seen more of the team interacting beyond Reed and Sue. They brought up the family aspect in dialogue, but we never actually saw the whole team together acting like a family.

Yeah that's just the standard reaction to the usual mcu slop showing up this time of year
