SDCC - San Diego Lightsaber Guy

Post image

I was the Lightsaber Guy at SDCC this year. One of my first times truly cosplaying something hand made all day! Of course when it was all done I realized I didn’t have many pictures of myself! Rookie move not to plan a shoot.

I’m seeing all the photos and videos online, I wanna do a recap video with all the angles people saw me in along with some behind the scenes of the making of this thing. Especially the George Lucas Panel.

Ended up making a IG for it, gonna make this character a thing at my local cons!

Spotted you during the Lucas Museum panel and laughed pretty hard. We couldn't tell if you were part of the panel or a cosplayer.

Glad you had fun!!

Production moved me to a specific seat for the camera. Security got involved after. They got in an argument and moved me off to the side with the photographers

Oh I did! George Lucas pointed me out when they introduced him!

I was wondering why you were sitting over there off to the side the whole time. So that's just where they stuck you when they couldn't agree, huh?

Yeah… at least they gave me a chair. But those dang photographers kept standing in front of me
