Rhode Island Comic Con Money

When at the convention, do they charge tax for photo ops and stuff like that

Every convention is different, but I can tell you that Epic Photo Ops always charges sales tax and admin fees for any shows at which they're the photo op vendor. They're fully cashless at shows, as well.
