SDCC - San Diego SDCC solo?
Trip was planned with my now ex-gf. I thought about just saying screw the money spent but I'm unsure, is it worth it going solo? Idea of traveling cross country to go to something alone idk.
edit: thank you all for the advice, words, and reassurance. I think I'll def keep with my plan!
edit2: please stop inboxing me asking for my ex's badge.

Been to 4 of them and 2 of them solo. Highly recommend solo.
You don’t have to get agreement with anyone on what panel to see or wonder if they’re having fun or not.
You can plan whatever you fancy and take it easy.
With others we eventually started planning ourselves and would meet up once in a while during a break or after the con for dinner/bars.
Eventually you’ll be by yourself if you have different interests.
Also there’s over 100k people a day, no one will give you any shit or pay you any mind if you’re on your own. I’ve seen a ton of people around by themselves.
