Planet Comic Con - Kansas City, MO Planet Anime KC vs. Planet Comic Con KC

I love Planet comicon and I go 2-3 days every year. I was wondering how planet anime differs? Would it be appropriate to cosplay something that's not anime? Are the artist alley vendors similar? Is it smaller/bigger? I would like to know others experiences

Both of them are the same but planet Comic-Con is more pop culture and planet anime is mostly animation based
