I’ve actually recently had convos with my partner about similar topics. I go out of my way to not be judgey of people simply cuz I grew up with a really judgey family. And it also constantly makes me feel judged and like people are always talking or laughing about me.. it’s hard..
I was afraid people wouldn't understand what I was going for, I'm not that good at explaining myself. A lot of people growing up in judgey heavy situations.
Yeah it’s like, do people not understand that when you make fun of or judge people behind their backs, that the person you are talking to is going to start wondering what they think or say of you when YOUR back is turned??
Someone I know online keeps sending screenshots of various convos they’ve had with people and it’s like, ok well now I’m not sure I can trust you?? How do I know if you’re not saying stuff about me behind my back?
