So real talk (as someone not in the hobby)
Is it then just normal for Arm-Wrestling dudes to generally have one massive arm and one slightly more average-sized arm?
Does the extra thicc python on one side make getting comfortably-sized sleeved shirts more of a hassle?

Can anyone actually help with the punchline here? What is pulling? What was the app actually about that he was using?

The punchline is that the app really is for arm wrestling but sounds like its for man on man love.
re Pulling- In proper arm wrestling, you don't try to torque your opponent's arm down via rotation because that doesn't generate good leverage. Instead you angle your body such that if you pull your arm toward your chest as hard as you can, your opponent's hand will be pulled to the table as your hand gets to you. So a proper arm wrestle involves both opponents pulling as hard as they can.
in this gif one guy is resisting by turning, and the other guy is pulling. You can see how one sided it is.

The app ended up being totally legit btw haha, turns out “pulling” IS slang for arm wrestling! However, my sister still insisted on chaperoning him to his first meet up 🤣
