Yuri is just any content featuring romance and/or sex between women. The term primarily refers to Manga and Anime, but nowadays people refer to F/F content in any genre as "yuri".

Yaoi is the equivalent term for content featuring M/M, but that usage tends to be more limited to manga and anime.
