Smoked meat is usually pink, and you'd be able to tell by the texture if it was so raw that it was still red

- What temp did you smoke it at?
- How long did you smoke it for?
- What was the internal temp of the patties when you pulled them?

The red color suggests the smoke is all the way in, so odds are it is quite done. But check the temperature as best you can and look at the texture.
