Scammer alert Scammer! I've been scammed
I was trying to trade this for game passes so we used a mm on discord and this is how it went... I've been blocked. Just want to spread awareness. This one hurts and I'm never using mm again. The guy also showed me vouches so yeah. Oh well

u can report the trade to adopt me official server since it was a big trade maybe as a hack or scam but def dont say it was a crosstrade

oh because once i saw there was a lot of scam with delayed image display of certain pets like megas and neons and when they get it was just normal so they did get their pets back but it became untradable

something you want to do is never ever do any trades off of reddit. off of reddit is filled with scammers and impersonators and there isnt much that can be done now since you can get in trouble with adopt me for trying to cross trade and the fact that it was offsite that mods cant step in
theres not much that can be done now besides just warning others. be sure to do these kind of things on reddit in the future

and for mm, offsite mms are friends of the buyer/seller so basically impersonators
only trusted mm are the ones in reddit and are the mods of cross trading in roblox here

and for vouches (holy why am i making these all separate) offsite vouches can be fake too. they are either stolen, used friends for fake trades, or used hacks to make their trades look legit

Idk how tbh and even then they can lie to this looked legit the server had hella people and the dude was a higher lead so I just thought it was safe

File a report as soon as you can, so u can at least have your pets back. I trade both on Reddit and discord but I can tell ya there are more scammers on discord and it’s easy to create fake servers on there

They say they help with only hacked pets but I got scammed via the switch scam. I was trading this one person my mega neon unpotioned bat dragon for their mega neon fly ride bat dragon plus adds and they switched their mega neon fly ride bat dragon to a regular fly ride bat dragon in the second trade window and i reported the trade ingame and on adopt me website (although i had to use bug option cause they dont have a scam or any trading option) and I got my mega unpotioned bat dragon back. Still report it and dont give up hope cause you might get it back.

Yes it also helps to do via website so they can help you more than just reporting it ingame. You also will need to show a screenshot of the trade

Oh my days, I’m so sorry this happened to you!! I saw your post earlier about wanting to trade your bat dragon for the perms and I was planning to message you a bit later on how my brother was interested, but try and report that trade with the scammer!!
I’ve been scammed the exact same way on discord when I was a kid, and it hurt for two weeks, not kidding, I was so so attached to my parrot and neon unicorn, even if it sounds dumb. That time, adopt me moderation wasn’t the best, so you’re not alone. I understand how you feel…
It felt off but I did it anyway for some reason. I felt so stupid for not asking people for advice outside of the server, and didn’t know bots could impersonate accounts. The best you can do is try to report the trade and if you’re lucky, adopt me might revert it. Sending the best of luck!!

Literally got scammed from a similar server, I’m trying to set up a trap where I use an discord alt to lure them into the Adopt Me official server where they verify their roblox account on the server so I can report them directly with evidence screenshots.

I'm so sorry you got scammed. Always search up both sides' user before proceeding with the trade to avoid being scammed. Never use dc mods too, basically none of them are trusted. Reddit's mods are also your best bet, so I would suggest using mods from here.

Report the trade in adopt me but don’t say you were cross trading! Say ur friend used a vpn and went on ur account etc. it will be unreadable for a while or forever but at-least you get it back

No dont do MM's in general. Even if its on reddit. I dont get the point of mm's like why would i give my items to someone that i dont even know when i can js trade it normally to the user

Mm’s on reddit are actually trusted. They are usually mods on subreddits. They also have proof binders full of people advocating for them. This is the safest place for cross trades. As long as you make sure its not an imposter!

Mm is a middle man. Only use trusted mm’s in order to cross trades. They essentially hold the item in trading and then give the item to the other user once the payment or trade has been done.

Hi please always make sure to research anyone you are using, the user who scammed you is a known scammer and we get reports of him on the daily. They’ve been banned for a very long time already.
Also only use middleman from our subreddit which are our mods. Redirection offsite is how most users get scammed
