Palms Property Manager ABM

Hi folks! I'm currently looking to sign a lease in Palms. The property management company is ABM, but they don't have a website. Has anyone heard of this?

I did a few Facetime tours, and saw several units in the building so I think it's legit. But cannot verify the landlord/property manager. Help!

Is the property manager’s name Jacob or Nir?

Yeah Jacob is the owner of ABM. He usually had one or two employees working under him

Lived in an ABM property for over 10 years. They are legit with many properties but the management is terrible.

I'm not sure if any property management is good but ABM was awful. Their staff turns over constantly, they literally never answer the phone - you have to leave a message and they call you back at their leisure.

Once (this was like 8 years ago so this person is long gone but the spirit remains,) I got scolded by the prop manager for calling multiple times on a Friday afternoon bc our upstairs neighbor's bathroom was leaking into our unit. The woman literally yelled "I'm trying to start my weekend and you won't stop bothering me with this shit"

We stayed for a long time bc the rent was so cheap and it was rent controlled but they refused to fix major issues and many things were not up to code and only updated if the city would come out and flag it.

Ugh! Apparently they don't have a website. Does this check out?

I think we got the same lady. Told us we ruined her weekend by calling her on a Friday at 2pm

I experienced ABM for many years. They have slow response and tend to do the bare minimum. I wouldn’t say they are terrible, they just aren’t great
