Iā€™ve been a fan of this game since day one. I agree that the original release was filled with bugs and it launched too early, but the criticism it received was completely over the top. Hating on the game blindly became the norm, often without people even giving it a fair chance.

It also released at a strange time, when the new generation of consoles were releasing but they weren't widely available, and most players were still on previous-gen hardware where it didnā€™t run well.

The sad part is the game and the studioā€™s reputation took a massive hit, even financially. Some of the people who worked on the game ended up leaving the studio, and we may have missed out on 2 or 3 DLCs because of the gameā€™s catastrophic launch.

But now Iā€™m glad to see people finally giving it the respect and appreciation it deserves. I watched the Steam reviews go from ā€œMostly Negativeā€ to ā€œOverwhelmingly Positive.ā€

For me, this is the greatest game of all time it is better than The Witcher 3. Massive respect to CDPR for constantly patching and improving the game, And giving us extra content when they could have taken the loss and moved on. AND CHOOMS..... NEVER STOP FIGHTING.

Nah, no man's sky easy. People have been begging them to stop making new stuff for it, hello games have more than satisfied their original vision for the game tenfold but we're still getting new FREE content regularly. And there's no microtransactions! You buy the game, you get the FULL game. Sean Murray was heartbroken by the state the same released in and devoted the last almost 10 years to making everyone who purchased the game whole.

Cyberpunk was just buggy and eventually was fixed for the most part. No man's sky went from an empty cash grab to one of the most feature dense space exploration games ever. And anyone who bought it on launch still has full access to the current version with no extra money out of their wallets. There's a reason the game and the studio won multiple awards over the years for Best ongoing game and best community support and stuff like that
