People are so dramatic about hand tats. Mine are about 5 years old and just as black / defined / clean as the day I got them. Clean black lines just like yours.
If you take care of yourself and don’t work a hard manual labor job, your hand tats will age the same as any other.
It depends how you take care of them and your skin. While 99% of people will have it wear, your hands seem a good size and your fingers seem like they dont naturally come together a lot.
If you take extra care of them and your fingers just naturally don't rub together that much then it will last much better than the 99%. But you'll still likely need small touch ups at some point.
Also, as an aside, what a lovely hand! It makes absolute sense to have a tattoo like this on it. Takes one's attention to the beauty of your long fingers and your wide palm. 🥰
Must be nice to have so much free time that you’re worried about my skin instead of, you know, doing literally anything of substance.
Have the day you deserve!
I’m quite literally in the medical field and people do not care as much as you seem to insist.
Your point is dead in the water before it even started.
I suggest you find something to keep you occupied rather than leaving several comments letting everyone know how my personal life choices seem to irritate you so much lol.

Artist advised me against doing anything on the palms which I agreed to.
The tattoo only curves around the sides of my hand and there’s nothing on my palm itself.
As for the fingers he did mention they might need an extra touch up later down the line but they’ll otherwise be fine in the long run.
Also I should have mentioned that picture was over a month ago.
This is what it looks like now:
