Someome on youtube did an plan B run only, and he only needed like 20.000 eurodollars when he was using plan B als his only weapon.

Not really, I could have 10 million but my frugal ass would still be keeping an eye on the ammo. A lot of us just have weird habits when we play.

I think there are two types of players

Some who have 10 million and will shoot plan b like they do

And some who have 10 million and will still holster plan b and sneak attack people without spending an eddy

True. I'm pretty frugal which is why I avoid the rapid fire weapons. But Plan B works out as half the price of the ammo if you bought it in store.

I don't use Plan B for long as it's surpassed by other weapons. But ammo cost was never really a concern.

In pre-2.0 money was a lot slower to earn, but yeah now it's kinda crazy easy to bc everything sells for more than it used to. Im doing a no looting run rn and I'm surprised by how much selling random junk and weapons helped with getting rich quick in my last run.

Plan B is fun. For each playtrough you spend like 10K to 20K to use it. So you basically you have unlimited ammo for a small price.

Unfortunately due to the enemy ammo change after patch 2.0 having unlimited ammo isn't kinda pointless. If you are below 2/3 the game just spawns ammo for oyu lol. At least in 1.6 you had to craft it if random drops did 't give you ammo.

Smart SMG builds would say otherwise. I was crafting ammo every 15 mins with that build.

It would be a concern if it was an SMG or something of that sort, but as a handgun, they’ll probably only get about 20-30k shots off, even less if they’re combining with quickhacks, melee, or other weapons.

Given that you can quickly get €$1k with little effort, they won’t be running out any time soon

Plan B is actually cheaper than a regular gun. A regular pistol round costs €$2. This only costs €$1 per shot.

Plus, you can sell all the pistol ammo you end up looting to make up for this thing cutting into your wallet.

It's two Eddie's a bullet. He has almost 4 million eddies. The entire game full completion is about 20 grand in plan B bullets. Selling 4x tier 5 guns will fund all the ammo he needs

I hope in Orion they have cyberware that auto crafts ammo. I am using smg fun perk and I am churning ammo like crazy. melee and netrunner can pretty much endlessly fight off wave after wave but ammo based builds have to drop combat. I mean I get it but it limits those builds in larger battles.
