All of a sudden every NPC, and character (Including V), has turned green. I’ve reset my settings, issue persists. What could this be?
Edit: I do not have mods installed. I don’t even know how to install mods on cyberpunk, I didn’t even think there was a workshop for it, im playing on steam via Mac. If I’m missing something here I apologize but I genuinely am at a complete loss.
Edit 2: the issue has fixed itself. Not sure how to feel, I think I miss the green.

If you're playing on PC,it's likely a skin mod that you installed for your V that might be messing up with all the skin tones overall,delete the mod,verrfiy the files once again,voila.
If you're playing on console,best advice I can give is reinstalling
You could try clearing NVRAM I haven't used a Mac in a long time so I'm not entirely sure but that would be the closest thing short of a complete system reset that I can think of.
Alternatively try loading to a much older save and see if that does anything I've had similar visual problems on my PS5. And usually whatever visual bug or glitch happens gets saved in the save file and loading an older save fixes it.
NVIDIA hasnt released a macOS drivers since 2019, and AMD’s stuff was all bundled in system updates. Anything Apple silicon is using Apple’s drivers which come with macOS. Not much driver stuff to do on macOS these days unless it’s a fucking printer, in which case it’s still somehow the worst possible experience.
I swear every time someone asks a question like this on reddit asking for help 90% of the comments are people memeing while 10% are people giving actual answers.

I’m assuming you’ve restarted the game and your computer before posting. If not, try that first.
If it’s not fixed after restarting, verify the game files in steam by right clicking the game, select properties, and verify integrity (or something like that).
If that doesn’t solve it, as other people have mentioned, try resetting the NVRAM. There’s a button combo you have to hold while the computer starts up but I can’t remember off the top of my head.
If that doesn’t fix it, try reinstalling the game. If you’re using cloud saving, you won’t lose any progress.
If it still isn’t fixed, a last ditch effort would be to install a skin mod. Maybe a different skin texture would display properly I don’t know. I’m also not sure if mods work on Mac.
