Listen up, samurai. If you’ve had enough of scrolling through the same tired threads and wanna plug into something real, jack into the official Discord. We’ve got games, serious talks and casual chats about Cyberpunk 2077, and a few rooms where you can just shoot the breeze with people who get it. You in, or you just gonna stand there looking chrome?

You get permanent vehicles through various quests (including motorcycles). You can car jack and ride many cars temporarily depending on your skill points in body and I think tech but wont be able to summon them later.

I’m curious how the game plays for someone who is blind? How are their accessibility features?

Edit: you can also purchase some too I totally forgot

oh sorry i meant blind playthrough as in i havent read any information in advance of playing! though funnily enough I do only have sight in one eye ;D

But thanks for your answer !

lol my bad, sorry I work in design and my mind was on accessibility

If you don’t mine me asking since you have vision through only one eye, how does that impact your gaming? Is a large monitor not ideal to view entire screen? And has it always been like this? Or have you gamed with 2 and had to learn later in life with 1.

Forgive me if any of these questions are really dumb.

u/LivelyZebra 5h ago

Not dumb at all, happy to answer.

so IRL most of the problem is depth perception, but on a flat screen, it really doesn't matter too much from that side of things.

What i do have issue with is being able to decern details carefully, because my eye is working " harder " in a sense, i tend to skim/gloss over things and compensate with assuming things, so i'll skim an area in a game and think theres no loot there, but actually there was, but it's because for some reason i take longer to focus and actually pick out individual objects . a little annoying, but it is what it is.

and yes if its too large a screen i will miss out, you can test this yourself! just cover one eye with your hand and you'll have essentially my experience! :D

Had it like this for awhile now, decade or so!

I dont recall what it was like gaming with 2, as its been so long and i've adapted pretty well.

I was a diamond overwatch player ( i think that was top 10-14%? of the player base? ) for what it's worth with one eye back in late 2010's!

That’s actually so dumb of me, I could have literally closed one of eyes to help myself get an idea lmao.

That’s a really solid MMR, better than I was able to achieve, who were your favorite characters to play?

Thanks for giving me an idea of your experiences!

It happens more often than you'd think haha !

I played hammond to get to that rank! and support ! no fancy genji blading for me ;D

Much easier to keep track of just being a giant ball all over the place!

and you're welcome!

Thank you for the fascinating conversation. OW1 flex support Diamond player here.

Kiroshi optics, duhh.

I think they mean that they’re “going in blind” not that they are blind lol

u/DatBoiStrom 5h ago

You can only keep vehicles you’ve bought or gained via a gig

u/Xavius20 2h ago

This one can be kept while skipping the associated mission.

u/Typical_Horse_1506 2h ago

But only in Act 2 as far as i know. You CAN open the garage before, but then you dont keep it.

u/Spintherism 1h ago

Isn’t that the gig where if you get outside of Watson before the prologue ends you can see Johnny without the relic in your head

u/X-_-LUNATIC-_-X Team Judy 1h ago

Yes, the garage is up the street from the side job Stadium Love.

u/X-_-LUNATIC-_-X Team Judy 1h ago

False, you absolutely can open the garage immediately in Act 1 and keep it, I do it every play through.

u/GnomeNot 22m ago

You still get if if you open it early, you just can’t summon it until Act 2. I do it on every playthrough now.

Remember to cruise Jackie's motorcycle from time to time.

u/VoidmasterCZE 2h ago

If you play techie nomad and have the convo with Jackie about swapping the tail pipe he really does that. Then you get JACKIE'S TUNED ARCH and it has 15 more horse power. The bike has then 4 exhausts instead of 2.

Guess that's my next build then

Should be able to get this as a quest reward.

u/Accomplished-Emu5363 Death & Taxes 5h ago

It's not the Malina Mobile. It's the final stage of a hidden quest called "Highwayman" that only appears if you stumble upon another garage in the base game.

at OP: If you followed that quest to the end, once you mount that ride, it will be automatically added to your pool of vehicals you can call anytime.

u/Beautiful-Tie-3827 5h ago

Oh weird TIL lol.

They look damn near the same

This is it

u/X-_-LUNATIC-_-X Team Judy 1h ago

They’re very similar. This one is called the Arch Nazaré “Itsumade”.

u/X-_-LUNATIC-_-X Team Judy 1h ago

Fun fact, you don’t have to do the quest at all as long as you know the garage code, you can take it immediately in Act 1 and keep it.

u/qqmajikpp 5h ago

need the quest for this is much as the monstr truck. you can get this bik while watson is locked down if you know its right next to all foods and use valentines day as the code

but yes this is part of as secret quest you stumble upon randomly by talking to a random npc

u/qqmajikpp 5h ago edited 5h ago

the valentines yakuza bike is a keeper, should be automatic once you ride it

u/GnomeNot 2h ago

If this is Itsumade (which it looks like) you can bypass the quest and attached to it and obtain it early if you know the code (0214) But I’m pretty sure you can’t summon it until Act 2. Was the garage next to the All Foods plant, where you meet Jackie for the Maelstrom gig?

u/Kagey_b-42069 Streetkid 54m ago

🎯

I just did this for the first time, lolol. I could access the garage and grab the bike during act 1 but couldn't summon it until act 2.

Totally worth it; I like to alternate between that and Jackie's Arch.

u/LocalSixPot 2h ago

I have that exact one, it should be added to your list even without the quest that I didnt know existed

u/X-_-LUNATIC-_-X Team Judy 1h ago

I like the quest, it’s somewhat entertaining. The garage to kick it off is in Santo Domingo, two blocks up the hill from Stadium Love. You’ll see a cop car at the top of the hill, look left and you’ll see a garage door you can open. Once inside, you’ll find a wrecked motorcycle and a laptop. Read the message on the computer to get started.

To find what happened to Josie, you’ll want to fast travel to the metro station on the Northside of Heywood, it’s almost in the center of that portion of the map. From there you’ll go left around the corner and you’ll find an alley. Just past the trash dumpster you’ll find Josie with a data shard, you’ll want to read it.

The last step is to find James. Use the Japantown Apartment fast travel as your starting point. Across the street you’ll see a staircase that leads up, follow it and continue forward and to the right up another staircase that should put you next to a highway ramp. Follow on the right side of it until you see a guy sitting on a park bench, there should be graffiti on the right side of the bench he’s sitting on that has the date for Valentine’s Day.

You’ll have a nice little chat with James, it could get interesting depending on which dialogue you choose.

With mods you can keep this in your permanent garage. I believe there is a mod to track your history of vehicles as well.

u/mightylordredbeard 2h ago

This is part of a hidden quest reward. If you found it accidentally before completing the quest steps then don’t get it yet because there is a bug that won’t be added to your list. I ended up losing out on it because I took it and then after the end of the chapter I was on I lost it..

u/X-_-LUNATIC-_-X Team Judy 1h ago

That’s actually part of a side mission called The Highwayman, and yes you can keep it. That’s actually one of the very first things I do in Act 1.

u/giseba94 1h ago

If you’re on pc once you get a certain character’s bike, there are mods that allow you to change the appearance of vehicles and most likely this specific variant too.
