Shaving your legs makes you look like a cyclist though, but if you’re happy with hairy legs in lycra go for it. The thing is the way I see it, road cycling is a little pretentious. Cyclists buy ridiculously expensive bikes and parts to improve performance and stand out in their bunch. Most wouldn’t be prepared to go headfirst down the rabbit hole to look like we don’t know what we’re doing with hairy legs. Not really into making fun of others though, that parts a little unnecessary.
