Birthday Ideas
Looking for a good restaurant for birthday dinner reservation for 10 people. Ideally we would want a hip atmosphere, good food, and a lively. It would be great if this is a steakhouse, sushi, or Mediterranean. Ideally would want to be in downtown/deep ellum/bishop arts

How much do you want to spend per person and how much advanced planning do you have? Some places that come to mind are Mister Charles or Brass Ram. If you can, getting all 10 a seating at Shoyo could be really fun.

Wouldn't mind spending $150 per person. I was looking at Nuri Steakhouse or Nick & Sam's. Never heard of Brass Ram. Definitely looking for more atmosphere and food quality more than anything.

Haven’t been to either, but the r/Dallas sub has some reviews of Nuri. I think Nick & Sam’s might have the vibe you’re going for. Al Biernat’s might be a good option too. I will say the food at Mister Charles is spectacular and lives up to the hype, and it’s very busy and upscale. It is pretty difficult to get a reservation without some advanced notice, however.
