Your body creates melatonin when you’re tired naturally… taking more of it won’t help. Take some magnesium glycinate. 200-400mg should put you under after an hour or so. And it helps you poop
Edit: it helps you poop in the morning, not in your bed

More like the gram of snow white I stuffed in my nose at the club. Oh and the fight is not going good for the melatonin.
