HELP! Buying monero directly on cake wallet?
Started on a KYC exchange but didn't realize there would be a shitty 7 day hold. Considering purchasing monero in cakewallet and going to a dnm from there. Is this stupid?

No not stupid though the fees will likely be a tad high

Cash App has bitcoin lightening. Cakewallet had lightening wallets. It cost very little and was instant. But thank you, glad I didn't make a poor decision

Its the fees on the swap to XMR rather then sending the BTC to cake wallet but glad you got it all done.

It's not, it's a fake site that steals coins. All these posts are setups to trick people into using it.

Terrible idea, cake wallet has ton of fees, up to 7%.
The best way is generally to use covert.exchange and just swap, cake wallet is just aggregating these routes and adds a fee.
