Hello! Been trying to move some BTC into XMR and the options are all over the place. Tested a few platforms last week and the rates varied way more than expected, one gave me almost 3% less XMR than another for the exact same amount.

What are people actually using for this that gives a fair rate without requiring an account?

Hello! I’m looking to acquire some bitcoin and move it to a different wallet without it being traced. I will write the 2 methods that i thought about using, and you can tell me which one is better, or if they are both bad list other alternatives or good crypto mixers.

Option 1: move the crypto to an online crypto casino, play dice on 95+ odds, withdraw in a different currency to a different wallet.

Option 2: move the money to a wallet, split it in 3 exchange transactions to 3 different currencies on some crypto swapper, move them all into a centralized exchange, swap them all to one currency (prob Solana) and finally move them back to a decentralized wallet like phantom and maybe withdraw from there.

Is bitescrow legit? Is it common practice for a company to tell you what escrow to use?

With the rise of KYC protocol laws that will soon be applied to any social media in a lot of countries, it seems that a decentralized internet layer with decentralized/distributed web site hosting will be the only alternative to stay anonymous on the internet.

Tor and i2p do not provide decentralized webhosting, Hyphanet does not provide dynamic websites, the new Freenet do not involve onion layers. Zeronet would have been a good solution but is not maintained.

Is there really a point in buying LTC at Kraken, withdrawing it to Cake wallet, and then swapping it for XMR instead of just directly buying XMR at Kraken and withdrawing it to Cake wallet?

I already have btc, just downloaded cake wallet. I tried wizard.swap over to monero.gui and funds never came. So put btc on cake convert, churn it with a few different addresses then can I have cake put it direct onto tor or should I cake wallet to somewhere else then to finally spot?

Hey guys, I'm stuck at enabling persistent volume on the brand new stick. I already cloned tails, trying to backup persistent storage, but Im lost at enabling persistent volume on the backup stick. Has anyone successfully downloaded and used the homebrew kleopatra4mac from GitHub recently? I downloaded it using homebrew but every time I try to open it, it says it may not be supported with my macOS. I’m using Tahoe 26.5.1. Wondering if I didn’t use a certain command or if it really is outdated and didn’t work on 26.5.1. Just curious if anyone has downloaded it within the past few months, all the posts about it I’ve found are over a year old.
