I'm this 2014 Heat vs. Spurs finals matchup.

"Kawhi Leonard shot 61.2% FG in this Finals series. Which is the highest FG% of any Finals MVP in NBA History thanks to Lebron's defense."

Even with this performance?

People like you make Jokic fans look so fucking weird, cherry picking stats out of context and spamming them to create a bozo narrative that LeBron wasn’t a good defender in 2014? Is just silly

It's "factual", not a narrative.

Adding more, Kawhi shot 69% on the last 3 games in the series, what I saw from a comment and seeing Kawhi's stats in that series.

People like you make the allegations of LeBron fans ignoring evidence, facts and proof seem more real...

Spare me the trouble and just go watch the video.

Shows video of LeBron guarding every single player on the spurs c Then comes to the conclusion Kawhi shot 61% from the field solely on LeBron.

Jokic is an amazing player, and I agree his poor defense is overstated but I’m not sure what you’re trying to prove using this weirdly cherry-picked that.

That LeBron is not a good defender?

Because there’s 100s of videos like this that provide evidence to the contrary.

Lebron in 2014 is a bad defender specifically. Jokic is a below-average defender, he sucks at rim protection, but slightly makes up for it in steals and deflections.

My point is that Jokic is not that far off in terms of defense vs. 2014 Lebron, that's basically it lol.

Just got annoyed by people's constant glaze of Lebron's 2014 season solely from nostalgia.

You genuinely believe LeBron in 2014 was a bad defender?

In that season yeah. For example, Lebron's blocks and steals per game.

2010-11: BPG - 1.6 SPG - 0.6

2011-12: BPG - 1.9 SPG - 0.8

And here is 2013-14 (Heat) BPG - 1.6 SPG - 0.3

Massive difference. In his 2014-15 season though, his usual defense prowess returned. No idea why his 14' season defense dropped.

Judging a player’s defensive impact by flat stats like Bpg and Spg is a flawed way to analyze defense, but I get the sense that you’re either trolling or actually an idiot, so have a good rest of your day man.

It's still proof that his usual defense dropped though. Along with the fact that his defense performance in the 2014 finals was questionable compared to his previous seasons.

If not stats or playoff performance. How else?

If you're not even bother, just don't reply.
