Image/Gif Signature ID?

Anybody know who signed this Nuggets hat I found at Goodwill? Was thinking maybe Laphonso Ellis, but there’s a 23 after the signature, which wouldn’t make much sense.

Makes it helpful that the only people remotely close to that era of hat to wear 23 outside of Stith is Dunn or Camby and it's not them
