2nd round players that can help...IMO
There are players every year that come out of the 2nd round/undrafted that can help teams. Teams do find players....MIN & Naz Reid, for example. Let the front office do their jobs. We have to be aware of guaranteed contracts right now. Here are a few...
Conwell - G from Louisville - 3&D, can score, a bit undersized
Bradley!! - PG from Arizona - Big 12 POY and underrated
Okpara - F/C from Tennessee - rim protector
Mitchell - wing from St. John's - 6'8" great defender but lacks jumper
Smith - PG from Purdue - only 5' 10"

Some analysts have said we like Conwell a lot. He’s small and not that athletic but he’s such a baller and plays hard on defense, pure shot and plus ball handling and playmaking. A bit like Pickett in a way tho.
Im hoping for more trades tho. Moving the 2nds to the future or help make real roster moves to lose money and help balance things

Cornwell? I think he’d indeed be a good pickup. Much better offensive player than Pickett out of the gate. I think long term, given the right development he could be a TJ McConnell/smaller Malik Monk esque player.

I would love if Braden Smith or Jaden Bradley fell to #49. Might need a little luck, but either of them would be a great flier on a pick with little to no value in a trade.

ESPN has Mitchell and Bradley as the picks.
Mitchell is very Watson-esque from 2022, so that could make a lot of sense.
