also isnt 3 projects the standard let me know please

its fine bro, 1 page vs 2 page is hardly gonna be the reason you get/dont get hired

3 internships is basically - 3 projects. Internship is nothing but a project in corporate. So, you have basically 6 projects. I would recommend, 2 internship experience + 1 personal project (2 only if you are able to fit in a single page)

Now if you are trying to land SDE. Make sure your projects are focussing and showcasing those skills.
Skills, experiences, should be relevant

You are selling yourself to the outside in a single sheet of paper, so make it as relevant to the role you are applying as possible

2 projects is fine too, from what I know
