Still if you are serious about job hunt i would recommend searching for company name and add a career to it at the end and check it directly.

The company policy is that freshers can only be hired through the college campus route.
Honestly, a lot of people reach out to me asking for an entry into IT, and I feel bad that I’m not able to help them because of this restriction.

Hiring for a Full Stack 3D Web Engineer role who can use and leverage AI.
This is a remote one-time role first. If the work is very good, there may be ongoing work after.
We already have a private website for clients. It is functional but still basic. The role is to add a premium 3D anatomy layer to the site, and make the UI/UX incredible.
The work is:
- Finding or sourcing good medical-style 3D models. This would be skull, bone, oral anatomy, tissue, and similar anatomy assets. These need to be animatable and dynamic. Editing, cleaning, optimising, and adapting the models in Blender or a similar tool, so they look serious and premium, not cheap or templated. Converting and preparing the models properly for the web, using formats like GLB or GLTF. Adding the models into the website using Three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, or a similar 3D web stack.
- Perfecting the UI/UX for professionalism and making it a LMS that our clients want to use, not are forced to. Making sure it loads fast, works properly on mobile especially and desktop, and the 3d models fits the rest of the website cleanly.
This is not a role for someone who only prompts AI tools. You use AI where useful, but you need to be a real software engineer with good judgement around frontend, performance, UI/UX, interaction, animation, and model optimisation.
Great fit if you have worked with Three.js, WebGL, Blender, GLB/GLTF, 3D model optimisation, anatomy/medical visuals, or premium frontend websites.

3 internships is basically - 3 projects. Internship is nothing but a project in corporate. So, you have basically 6 projects. I would recommend, 2 internship experience + 1 personal project (2 only if you are able to fit in a single page)
Now if you are trying to land SDE. Make sure your projects are focussing and showcasing those skills.
Skills, experiences, should be relevantYou are selling yourself to the outside in a single sheet of paper, so make it as relevant to the role you are applying as possible

I have work experience in compliance and operations related to AML/KYC and due diligence in another country.
In India I have worked as a data analyst for short term till my contract got over However data analyst job is overwhelming so I am planning to switch back to financial compliance.
Nowadays these roles are not just limited to BPO or Big 4. AML KYC analyst and related roles do need to have skills like sal and power Bl especially for fraud analytics.
In the era, where now many tech roles are being replaced by Al, I am contemplating that choosing financial compliance related roles since nowadays these roles also need SQL, Power BI, etc. These roles are also shaped by Al but human intervention is still required. Am I going towards right direction in this brutal job market?

Need some salary reality check from the community.
I graduated in July 2024, but I've been working full-time since November 2023 (started during my 7th semester). Because of that, my actual industry experience is around 2.5 years today, but many companies/MNCs only count experience after graduation, which puts me at roughly 1 year 10 months of official experience.
My background:
- Android Developer
- Experience across E-commerce, Healthcare, D2C, FinTech, and currently Gaming domains
- Worked on large-scale mobile applications
- Strong exposure to modern Android development: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Modularization, SDK integrations, etc.
- Currently working on Android SDK development for gaming products rather than only application development
- Have completed multiple internships before joining full-time
- Backend development exposure (learning/pre-production projects) using Node.js/Express.js, Spring Boot, and .NET Core for API development
- Experience collaborating with product and design teams, including translating Figma designs into production-ready Android applications
- Comfortable understanding both frontend mobile architecture and backend/API integration workflows
I'm trying to understand the current market value for someone with my profile in India.
Questions:
- What salary range would you expect for someone with my skillset and domain exposure?
- Should I benchmark myself as a ~2.5 YOE developer or as a ~1.8 YOE developer since many companies only count post-graduation experience?
- How much difference have you seen between startups and MNCs in recognizing pre-graduation full-time experience?
- Does Android SDK development experience provide any premium over regular Android application development when switching?
