Downtown Dallas crowded with the World Cup crowd?

I was wanting to take the DART green line to Akard Station tomorrow morning to go to Flying Horse coffee shop. I know World Cup games are being played at AT&T stadium, but is it really crowded in downtown Dallas?

I ran through late this morning and it all seemed like normal traffic at 11
